Join the YWCA community and New Belgium Brewing on Thursday, July 10, from 6:00 to 8:00 in New Belgium’s Beer Garden at 21 Craven Street for a screening of Beyond Walls, a collection of five short documentary films about prison industrial complex abolition. The screening will be followed by discussion. Beyond Walls was produced by Working Films, a company based in Wilmington, NC, and beyond a goal of simply changing hearts and minds, this event offers concrete tools and actions that can be taken to help create a more just world.
