Join us for our Summer Open House & Member Appreciation event to learn about upcoming programming and explore your wellness options. Register for fun door prizes, explore a schedule of 30 minute sample wellness classes to find what suits you best, and learn about personal training options. This time, we’ve added a special one hour Movement Exploration class designed to improve bone density, balance, posture, and strength.
