YWCA Membership Rules

We have a NEW Mobile App

Our NEW YWCA of Asheville app (March 1, 2026) is designed to support you in your wellness journey. This robust app offers features like making class reservations, access to manage your membership, sign- up for workshops, make payments, and scan your membership bar code.

How to Use the YWCA App

  • For your convenience, we have a quick video tutorial that demonstrates the basics features of our app.

  • Use the email address connected to the primary member on your membership. If you forgot your password, you can select “Reset Password” or request a one-time login code.

  • Tap “Scan In” at the top right of the home screen. A QR code will appear that you can use to check in at the front desk.

  • Tap your profile photo in the top right corner. From there you can update family member information, view balances due, update billing or payment methods, sign documents, and view your transaction history.

  • Yes. Tap your profile photo and choose the person you want to manage or register for. This is how you sign up for classes under another member’s name.

  • Tap “Schedule” at the bottom of the app. Find your class and select “Reserve.” Choose the correct member if prompted, then tap “Reserve” again to confirm. Your class will then appear on your home screen.

  • Go to Schedule and find your reserved class. Tap “Reserved,” then select “Cancel Reservation” and confirm.

  • Tap “Programs” at the top of the schedule. Choose a category such as Personalized Wellness. Select your trainer or program, choose your package, sign any required agreements, and complete checkout. Once registered, the program will appear on your home screen.

  • During checkout, select your saved payment method or add a new one. After payment is completed, your registration will be confirmed in the app.

  • Yes, our front desk staff can still reserve your spot on your behalf. Just call 828-254-7206 during business hours.

  • There are a few ways to reset your password.

    1. You can request a new password on the YWCA App login screen.

    2. You can call the YWCA of Asheville 828-254-7206 to have your password re-set.

    3. You can come in person to the YWCA of Asheville to have your password re-set.
