YWCA Facility Rentals
Three of our rooms are available to reserve for a meeting or gathering for a fee during our operating hours. We also offer discounted rental fees for YWCA members, and a sliding-scale discount for small non-profit groups.
Multipurpose Room is our largest room and it holds about 50 people with tables and chairs. Audio Visual equipment can be reserved in advance.
Board Room has a fixed seating arrangement of tables set in an oval and chairs for 20-25 people. Audio Visual equipment is included in this space.
Group Wellness Room with a capacity of six people is designed in a studio style, and serves as a versatile space to host an event or daily rentals, providing an inviting and flexible environment for various wellness activities.
Rental hours are Mon-Fri (6:30am–7:30pm), Sat (7:30am–3:30pm). Please allow enough time in your booking to set the space up as you need. We provide tables and chairs only. Payment must be made in advance, you are responsible for your own setup and clean up. All visitors must park in designated spaces and must check-in upon arrival and wear an ID badge at all times while in the building. The YWCA does not provide IT support, kitchen services or access to the playground/ any childcare areas, or access to fitness equipment during rentals.
