This week’s workshop will guide you as you review the importance of rest and recovery in building resilience and identify practical strategies for new ways to rest and learn how to set boundaries to prioritize and protect your wellbeing. Each workshop combines learning, brief meditation, gentle movement, discussion, and Q&A to meet the needs of the group. Bring your questions to get personalized support on your journey.
