Small Group Training with YW Personal Trainers

Are you looking for a way to boost your workouts to meet your goals? Do you want more personal attention for less than the cost of a personal trainer? Then our Small Group Training classes are for you! These training sessions are also a great complement to our Group Fitness Classes and you will learn to adapt workouts to your specific needs. Pre-registration & small fee required.

Stay connected by downloading our free Daxko Mobile App to your smartphone or tablet. Search for “Daxko.” After downloading it, open the app, and search for your location. Type in “YWCA of Asheville” in the app’s search box, select and save. Turn on notifications to receive up-to-date info on class cancellations, facility updates, and inclement weather.
