Small Group Training with YW Personal Trainers

Are you looking for a way to boost your workouts to meet your goals? Do you want more personal attention for less than the cost of a personal trainer? Then our Small Group Training classes are for you! These training sessions are also a great complement to our Group Fitness Classes and you will learn to adapt workouts to your specific needs. Pre-registration & small fee required.

Due to inclement weather, YWCA of Asheville will be on a 2-hour delay on  Thursday, November 15th. The building and all programs, including the Fitness Center, Aquatics, Early Learning Program, and Empowerment Child Care, will open at 9:30 am. Please note that this means that ELP will NOT serve breakfast. Please check back here frequently for possible updates and changes, and please stay safe and warm out there!
