Back Care Yoga: Learn how to care for and strengthen your back through a sequence of yoga postures specifically designed for back health. Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. Those students recovering from injury or back surgery, please obtain your doctor's approval before beginning this class.

Tai Chi Level I:
This is Beginning Level 1 with foundations of tai chi stance, walk, relaxation for health with the Tai Chi Easy form along with qigong warm-ups . We will learn the Eight Silk Brocades . progressing to Simplified 24 Yang form.
Tai Chi Level II:
Participate in Level I before attending Level II. A low impact exercise that improves balance, flexibility, and reduces stress.
