We offer a wide variety of Group Fitness Classes to fit a variety of interests and abilities. 

Our group fitness instructors are passionate and knowledgeable about their fitness specialty and our exercise classes are designed to enhance your health and wellness journey at the YWCA.

Our Group Fitness Schedule includes Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, CSI, Boot Camp, Tai Chi and more!

Small Group Training

Workout with a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost in our Small Group Training classes. Classes are led by certified personal trainers or yoga instructors who personally guide you to get the most out of your workout!

Personal Training

YWCA Personal Training will include a fitness program specifically designed for your body, to meet your goals. You will gain knowledge to safely & effectively decrease body fat & increase muscle while adding variety to your workouts. 

Our certified Personal Trainers offer the support, motivation, and added accountability to help you reach your personal health and fitness goals.
