Club W: the YWCA Heath & Fitness Center, is the perfect place for folks just getting started on an exercise program. It's the place where everyone is welcome – women, men, young people, seniors – and people of all shapes and sizes and fitness levels can find a program that works for them.

In our fully equipped facility and wide range of exercise options, you're sure to find something that feels good and fits you.

    Classes range from yoga and Pilates to Zumba,
    cycling, tai chi and water aerobics.

    Adaptive Equipment & Programs
    More than half of our gym equipment is adaptive, enabling people with mobility limitations or chronic conditions to take full advantage of an exercise program. It's also a big plus for those who are new to exercise, helping everyone get off to a safe and successful start.

    We also offer adaptive classes, which include chair-based aerobics, and gentle stretching. Our solar-heated pool is completely accessible, with large sloping steps, and we have a full schedule of water exercise classes to accommodate all levels and needs.
