Adaptive Equipment & Programs
More than half of our gym equipment is adaptive, enabling people with mobility limitations or chronic conditions to take full advantage of an exercise program. It's also a big plus for those who are new to exercise, helping everyone get off to a safe and successful start.
We also over adaptive classes, which include chair-based aerobics, gentle stretching, and chair yoga. Our solar-heated pool is completely accessible, with large sloping steps, and we have a full schedule of water exercise classes to accommodate all levels and needs.
