Fitness Club and Aquatics Program  

The YWCA Fitness Club offers a comfortable, community-centered co-ed fitness facility for all!

With a fully equipped gym with adaptive equipment, a wide range of group classes, personal training, and an indoor solar-heated pool, the YWCA can support anyone on their personal health and wellness journey. Our knowledgeable and friendly Fitness Associates and Aquatics Staff are always available to answer questions and help with facility equipment.

Preventive Health

Our Diabetes Wellness and Prevention Program brings access to exercise and improved health to people in our community who couldn't otherwise afford a full membership. 

The program helps people with diabetes better manage their condition through regular exercise and supports healthy lifestyle changes for the entire family.

Salsa, Sabor y Salud es una programa completamente en español para trabajar con padres y niños para pensar en actividades fisicas y comer saludable cada día. Salsa, Sabor y Salud is a program offered completely in Spanish, aiming to work with Latinix parents and children to think about physical activity and healthy eating every day.

Community Dinners are an opportunity to gather with your community for a FREE tasty meal,lessons on healthy eating and information on Double Up Food Bucks (a new program through SNAP)! Held every 2nd Wednesday of each month from 6pm - 7:30pm with FREE childcare and kids meal provided. Spaces are limited, RSVP for an upcoming Community Dinner.
